About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Database Support Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Database Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support for all database systems used within the company. This role requires someone who is passionate about data and has a strong understanding of database management and maintenance. You will work closely with the IT team and other departments to ensure the smooth operation of all database systems and provide assistance to end-users as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain the performance, integrity, and security of all company databases.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to database systems, including connectivity, performance, and data integrity.
• Provide technical support and guidance to end-users regarding database systems.
• Develop and implement data retrieval and reporting strategies to ensure efficient and accurate data retrieval.
• Collaborate with the IT team to plan and execute database upgrades, patches, and backups.
• Evaluate and recommend new database technologies and tools to improve data management processes.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for all database systems and processes.
• Train and educate end-users on how to utilize database systems effectively.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in database management and support.
• Strong understanding of database architecture, SQL, and data manipulation.
• Proficient in database management tools, such as SQL Server, Oracle, and MySQL.
• Experience with data warehouse design and data modeling.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
