Key Responsibilities:

Conduct initial patient assessments and gather medical history
Monitor patient's vital signs and report any abnormalities to the medical team
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
Assist with medical procedures and surgeries
Educate patients on their medical conditions and provide necessary support and resources
Document patient information accurately and maintain medical records
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards
Maintain a safe and clean working environment
Participate in ongoing trainings and professional development activities

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Health Sciences, or a related field
Current state-issued nursing license
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle emergencies calmly
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays if needed
