Position Overview: We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Farm Production Coordinator to join our team. As a Farm Production Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of the farm's production operations. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to ensure the success of our farm's production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate all aspects of the farm's production activities, including planting, harvesting, and packaging.
• Create and maintain production schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks and meeting production targets.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels of equipment, supplies, and materials needed for production.
• Collaborate with the farm manager to develop and implement production plans and strategies.
• Train and supervise production staff, ensuring they adhere to safety protocols and follow proper procedures.
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of production activities, including yields, costs, and inventory levels.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including food safety and environmental regulations.
• Manage budget and expenses related to production operations.
• Continuously seek ways to improve production processes and increase efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Plant Science, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in farm production or related field.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Knowledge of farming practices and techniques.
• Proficient in using computer software for record-keeping and data analysis.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
• Understanding of food safety and environmental regulations.
• Valid driver's license.
