Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the production line and ensure that all products are being produced according to established standards and guidelines.
Manage a team of production workers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure that they are meeting their targets and maintaining quality standards.
Develop and implement production schedules, ensuring that all orders are completed on time and in full.
Monitor production processes to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
Maintain inventory levels and place orders for necessary supplies, ensuring that production is not affected by shortages.
Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that all products meet our high standards.
Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations, and ensure that all production workers are following proper safety protocols.
Train new employees on production processes, safety procedures, and quality standards.
Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics and sales, to ensure that production goals are aligned with company objectives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Production Management, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the food industry.
Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team in a fast-paced production environment.
In-depth knowledge of food production processes, safety standards, and quality control procedures.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production management software.
