Position: Project Manager - Professional & Technical Services

Location: Los Angeles, California, United States

Salary: EUR: €59,000 - €93,000 per year

Urban Insight is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee our Professional & Technical Services department. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of professionals and ensuring the successful completion of various projects within the department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets for multiple projects within the Professional & Technical Services department
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
• Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring deadlines are met
• Identify and manage potential risks and issues, and develop contingency plans
• Communicate with clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise
• Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and ensuring projects stay within budget
• Conduct regular team meetings and provide guidance and support to team members
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
• Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and collaboration on projects
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and continued business opportunities
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements, and implement best practices within the department
• Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase efficiency and productivity within the department

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a professional or technical services environment
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering projects on time and within budget
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proficient in project management software and tools
• PMP certification is a plus
