Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Farm Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a Farm Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in overseeing all aspects of farm operations, including crop planning, production, and logistics. You will work closely with our farm managers and team members to ensure the smooth and efficient running of our farm operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement efficient crop planning strategies to optimize production and meet market demands.
• Monitor and maintain accurate records of crop yields and production costs.
• Coordinate with farm managers to ensure timely planting, irrigation, and harvesting of crops.
• Collaborate with the sales team to forecast crop demand and plan accordingly.
• Manage inventory levels and communicate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of farming inputs.
• Oversee the maintenance and repair of farm equipment and vehicles.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Implement and improve farm policies and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity.
• Train and supervise farm workers to ensure proper techniques and procedures are followed.
• Collaborate with other departments such as finance and marketing to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business Management, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in farm operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of crop production, planning, and logistics.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
• Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations.
