Job Title: Education Coordinator

Are you passionate about making a positive impact in the education sector? Do you have a strong background in curriculum development and program management? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as an Education Coordinator.As an Education Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation and evaluation of educational programs within our organization. Working closely with our team of educators, you will play a key role in ensuring that our programs are aligned with industry standards and meet the needs of our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain educational programs, including curriculum design, lesson planning, and instructional materials
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure that our programs are current, relevant and effective
• Conduct research and stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and new methodologies in education
• Evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements
• Coordinate and facilitate training sessions for educators, providing ongoing support and guidance
• Manage program budget and resources, ensuring efficient use of funds
• Build and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders to enhance program offerings
• Develop and maintain program policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards
• Communicate program updates and progress to relevant stakeholders and team members
• Support recruitment efforts by participating in job fairs and other events to promote our educational programs
• Monitor and analyze program data to measure success and identify areas for improvement

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Curriculum Development or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in curriculum development and program management
• Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and methodologies
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in project management and budgeting
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of industry regulations and standards
• Passion for education and making a positive impact in the community
