Position Overview: We are seeking a talented Elastic Search Developer to join our dynamic team. As an Elastic Search Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our company's Elastic Search platform. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to ensure the efficient and effective utilization of Elastic Search for our data analysis and search needs. This role requires a strong understanding of Elastic Search, along with a solid background in software development and data management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain our company's Elastic Search platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and implement solutions using Elastic Search.
• Optimize and tune Elastic Search for data indexing, search performance, and scalability.
• Monitor and troubleshoot Elastic Search performance issues and provide solutions.
• Create and maintain documentation for Elastic Search processes and procedures.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines to ingest data into Elastic Search.
• Work with DevOps team to ensure proper deployment and maintenance of Elastic Search clusters.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in Elastic Search technology.
• Continuously improve and optimize our company's Elastic Search platform.
• Train and mentor junior team members on Elastic Search best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Elastic Search development and administration.
• Strong knowledge of Elastic Search architecture, clusters, and nodes.
• Experience with data modeling, indexing, and search performance optimization in Elastic Search.
• Proficient in programming languages such as Java, Python, or Node.js.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience with other data analytics and search technologies such as Solr, Hadoop, or Spark is a plus.
• Elastic Certified Engineer (ECE) certification is preferred.
