Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong experience with data analytics tools and programming languages such as SQL, R, Python, and Tableau.
• In-depth knowledge of machine learning algorithms and techniques.
• Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality data solutions within tight deadlines.
• Experience in the retail industry is a plus.
