Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as the Director of Real Estate Education Programs. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement educational programs: As the Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing educational programs that meet the needs of professionals in the real estate industry. Research and analyze industry trends: In order to stay current and relevant, the Director will need to conduct research and analyze industry trends in the real estate market. Collaborate with industry experts: To ensure the quality and effectiveness of our programs, the Director will collaborate with industry experts and professionals to develop and deliver relevant and valuable content. This may also involve networking and building relationships with key stakeholders in the real estate industry.

Manage a team: The Director will be responsible for managing a team of instructors and coordinators who will assist in the development and delivery of the educational programs. This will involve providing guidance, training, and support to team members to ensure they are equipped to fulfill their roles effectively.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Real Estate, Education, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the real estate industry
• Previous experience in curriculum development and program management
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Strong research and analytical abilities
• Experience in managing a team
• Knowledge of current industry trends and regulations
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
