Job Title: Warehouse Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to join our team and oversee the daily operations of our warehouse facility. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a proven track record of managing a warehouse, and a deep understanding of warehouse processes and procedures. As the Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective use of warehouse resources, maintaining inventory accuracy, and meeting customer service expectations. This is a hands-on role that requires someone who can lead by example and motivate a team to achieve optimal results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise a team of warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
• Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to ensure the smooth operation of the facility.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and minimizing discrepancies.
• Oversee the receiving, storing, and shipping of all products, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment, including regular inspections and adherence to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate and prioritize warehouse activities, such as receiving schedules and inventory management.
• Monitor and analyze warehouse performance metrics, implementing improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and materials.
• Prepare and manage budgets for warehouse operations, including forecasting and tracking expenses.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments, implementing best practices to optimize warehouse operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse processes, procedures, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Proficient in inventory management software and systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
• Forklift certification and experience operating warehouse equipment is a plus.
