Position: Senior Java Engineer
Role Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Java Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing complex software solutions using Java technologies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement software solutions using Java technologies
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other team members to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that meets coding standards and best practices
- Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to team members to ensure code quality and consistency
- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in both development and production environments
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Java technologies, tools, and trends, and share knowledge with the team
- Continuously improve development processes and tools to increase productivity and efficiency
- Mentor and guide junior members of the team to help them grow and improve their skills
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years of experience in Java
- Strong proficiency in Java and its core libraries, as well as frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate
- Experience with Agile software development methodologies and practices
- Hands-on experience with database design and SQL
- Experience with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software solutions
