Position Overview: As a Construction Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of construction sites. You will work closely with the project manager and other team members to ensure the smooth execution of all construction activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and proven leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the construction site, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure that all work is carried out in compliance with the company's safety policies and procedures.
• Monitor and maintain project timelines to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Communicate regularly with the project manager to provide updates on project progress and any potential issues.
• Resolve any construction-related problems that may arise on the site.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all construction activities, including daily reports, progress reports, and safety reports.
• Train and mentor new team members and provide guidance to existing team members.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work is being carried out to company standards and specifications.
• Coordinate with other departments, such as engineering and procurement, to ensure project requirements are met.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management, preferably in a foreman role.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, techniques, and materials.
• Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
• Proficient in MS Office and construction management software.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
