Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Curriculum Development Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Curriculum Development Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing educational programs that align with our organization's goals and objectives. You will collaborate with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and other team members to create engaging and effective learning experiences for our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop curriculum that meets the needs of our organization and target audience
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather and analyze content and learning objectives
• Conduct thorough research on industry trends and best practices to inform curriculum development
• Utilize instructional design principles and adult learning theories to create engaging and interactive learning experiences
• Develop assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of the curriculum
• Continuously evaluate and update existing curriculum to ensure it remains relevant and effective
• Work closely with instructional designers and multimedia specialists to incorporate technology and multimedia elements into the curriculum
• Manage curriculum development projects, ensuring they are completed within budget and on time
• Keep up-to-date with advancements in educational technology and learning methodologies to enhance curriculum development processes
• Collaborate with other teams, such as marketing and sales, to ensure the curriculum meets the needs of various stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in curriculum development, preferably in a corporate or educational setting
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories
• Proven experience in designing and developing curriculum for a variety of delivery methods, such as in-person, virtual, and blended learning
• Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficient in using various authoring tools and learning management systems
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Passion for continuous learning and keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
