About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Online Learning Coordinator to join our team. As the Online Learning Coordinator, you will play a key role in the development, implementation, and management of our online learning programs. You will work closely with our team of educators, instructional designers, and content creators to ensure the success of our online learning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement online learning strategies that align with the company's overall objectives and goals.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify learning needs and develop engaging online learning content.
• Manage the learning management system (LMS) and ensure all courses are up to date and accessible.
• Monitor and analyze learner data to identify trends and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Facilitate online learning sessions and provide technical support to learners and instructors.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external partners to expand our online learning offerings.
• Conduct regular quality assurance checks to ensure courses meet industry standards and instructional design best practices.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and innovations in online learning and recommend new strategies and technologies to enhance our programs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote and market our online learning programs.
• Provide support to learners and instructors to troubleshoot technical issues and ensure a seamless learning experience.
• Manage and maintain the online learning budget, including vendor contracts and invoices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in developing and managing online learning programs.
• Proven experience with learning management systems and instructional design methodologies.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with online marketing and promotional strategies is a plus.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and other web design tools is a plus.
• Passion for continuous learning and staying up to date with the latest trends and technologies in the online learning space.
