Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the production process from start to finish, ensuring timely and efficient completion of orders
• Manage a team of production workers, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations
• Monitor and maintain quality control standards to ensure all products meet company standards
• Collaborate with designers, merchandisers, and other departments to ensure production meets customer demands and specifications
• Develop and implement production schedules to meet deadlines and manage resources effectively
• Identify process inefficiencies and implement solutions to improve productivity and reduce costs
• Maintain inventory levels and ensure materials are ordered in a timely manner to avoid production delays
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and machinery to ensure safe and efficient operations
• Ensure all production processes comply with safety and industry regulations
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external vendors to resolve any production-related issues
• Provide regular reports to management on production progress, challenges, and recommendations for improvement

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Fashion Design, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a clothing manufacturing supervisor role
• Strong knowledge of garment construction, production processes, and quality control standards
• Proven experience in managing and leading a team
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and production management software
• Knowledge of safety standards and regulations in the clothing industry
