Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Aviation Maintenance Technician to join our team. As an Aviation Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the repair, maintenance, and inspection of aircrafts to ensure they are in safe and operational condition. You will work with a team of skilled professionals and utilize your technical knowledge to keep our aircrafts flying safely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections on aircrafts, including but not limited to engines, airframes, and avionics systems
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues
• Interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and diagrams to determine the best course of action for repairs
• Utilize various hand and power tools, as well as specialized equipment, to complete maintenance tasks
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance regulations
• Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repairs performed on each aircraft
• Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure timely completion of work and efficient use of resources
• Stay updated on industry developments and advancements in aircraft technology to continuously improve skills and knowledge
• Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certification
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in aircraft maintenance and repair
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical manuals, blueprints, and diagrams
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours and be on-call for emergency repairs
• Must pass a background check and drug screening
