We are seeking a highly organized and passionate Education Program Coordinator to join our team. As an Education Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for the development, implementation, and evaluation of educational programs to support the growth and success of our organization. This role requires a strong understanding of program development, management, and evaluation, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with team members to develop and implement educational programs that align with the organization's mission and goals
• Conduct research to identify current educational trends and best practices to enhance program development and implementation
• Create and maintain program budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful program execution
• Develop and maintain partnerships with schools, universities, and other organizations to promote and expand our educational programs
• Recruit, train, and manage program volunteers and staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality education programs
• Develop and implement program evaluation tools to measure the effectiveness and impact of educational programs
• Analyze program feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for program enhancements
• Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to promote educational programs and events through various channels
• Attend and represent the organization at community events, conferences, and meetings to promote educational programs and build relationships with stakeholders
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of program activities, participants, and outcomes
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and changes in education policies to ensure program compliance

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in program development and management, preferably in an education-related field
• Strong understanding of program evaluation and data analysis
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• High level of organizational and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
• Experience with database management and online learning platforms is an asset
