About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Conservatory Music Teacher to join our team. As a Conservatory Music Teacher, you will be responsible for teaching students of all ages and levels in a variety of musical instruments and styles. You will be a key member of our music education program, helping students develop their skills and passion for music.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to the individual needs and goals of each student
• Teach students of all ages and levels in various musical instruments, including but not limited to piano, guitar, violin, and voice
• Instruct students in music theory, sight-reading, and ear training
• Prepare students for recitals, competitions, and exams
• Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students to help them improve their skills
• Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment for students
• Collaborate with other music teachers and staff to develop and implement curriculum and programs
• Stay updated on the latest techniques and methods in music education
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance
• Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding their child's progress and any concerns
• Participate in faculty meetings and events as required

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Music Education or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience teaching music, preferably in a conservatory setting
• Proficient in at least two musical instruments, with a strong foundation in music theory
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for teaching and developing students' musical abilities
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate students' schedules
• Familiarity with technology and online teaching platforms is a plus
