Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers, compare prices, and negotiate favorable terms and conditions.
• Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of equipment and supplies.
• Monitor inventory levels and anticipate future equipment needs to avoid any disruptions in operations.
• Review and analyze purchase requests, ensuring they are accurate and within budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine equipment specifications and requirements.
• Evaluate supplier performance and make recommendations for improvements.

• Prepare and maintain accurate records of all equipment purchases and related documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Equipment Procurement Specialist or a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of procurement processes, inventory management, and supply chain management.
