Position Overview: We are currently seeking a talented and enthusiastic Luxury Goods and Jewelry Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about luxury goods and jewelry, possess excellent communication and sales skills, and have a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner, providing them with personalized product recommendations and styling advice
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and preferences are met and exceeded
• Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of luxury goods and jewelry, including product features, materials, and care instructions
• Meet and exceed sales targets by actively promoting and selling products, upselling and cross-selling, and closing sales
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system
• Ensure the store is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing at all times
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to provide customers with the most current and relevant information
• Participate in inventory management, including receiving, unpacking, and displaying merchandise
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and adhere to company policies and procedures
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service
• Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales skills

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury goods and/or jewelry sales
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Strong passion for luxury goods and jewelry, with excellent product knowledge
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Excellent communication and selling skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Proficient in using POS systems and basic computer skills
• Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays as required
