Position: Production Team Leader

Overview: We are seeking an experienced Production Team Leader to join our dynamic organization. As a Production Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our production team and ensuring that all production targets are met. You will be a key player in driving our company's success by motivating and guiding our team to achieve high levels of productivity, quality, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of production workers, providing guidance, direction, and support to achieve departmental goals and objectives
• Monitor and track production progress, ensuring that targets are met and production schedules are adhered to
• Develop and implement strategies to improve production processes, increase efficiency, and reduce costs
• Train new team members and provide ongoing coaching and development to improve performance and skills
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient flow of materials and information
• Conduct regular team meetings to communicate key information, address concerns, and foster a positive work environment
• Maintain accurate production records and reports, identifying areas for improvement and taking corrective actions as needed
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations, promoting a safe work environment
• Continuously monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and implementing performance improvement plans as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or related field, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role in a production environment
• Proven track record of successfully achieving production targets and driving process improvements
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven mindset
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and production software
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
