Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and creative E-Learning Content Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering engaging and interactive online learning content for our organization. As the E-Learning Content Developer, you will work closely with subject matter experts to ensure that our e-learning courses are effective, informative, and aligned with our overall learning objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather and analyze learning needs and objectives
• Design and develop interactive and engaging e-learning courses using various authoring tools
• Create instructional materials such as storyboards, scripts, and assessments
• Develop multimedia elements including graphics, animations, and videos to enhance the learning experience
• Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure that the e-learning content is error-free and meets all specifications
• Maintain and update existing e-learning courses to keep content current and relevant
• Conduct user testing and gather feedback to continuously improve the quality of our e-learning content
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in e-learning technologies
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for e-learning content and platforms

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-learning content development
• Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or Camtasia
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories
• Experience with graphic design and multimedia development
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and SCORM standards is preferred
