About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Assistant Professor of Education to join our esteemed faculty. As an Assistant Professor, you will play a crucial role in shaping the minds of our future educators. You will be responsible for teaching and conducting research in the field of education, as well as providing mentorship and guidance to students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and teach courses in education, including but not limited to, curriculum development, education psychology, and educational leadership
• Engage in scholarly research and publication in the field of education
• Mentor and advise students, providing academic and career guidance
• Participate in departmental and university committees and events
• Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development and other academic initiatives
• Stay updated on current trends and advancements in the field of education to ensure the delivery of relevant and innovative courses
• Contribute to the growth and development of the education department through active involvement in recruitment and retention efforts

Qualifications:

• A doctoral degree in Education or a related field
