Job Overview: As a Semiconductor Process Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing the processes used to manufacture semiconductor devices. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to improve existing processes and develop new ones to ensure the highest quality and efficiency in our production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop processes for the manufacture of semiconductor devices, including thin film deposition, lithography, etching, and packaging.
• Optimize existing processes to improve yield, reduce defects, and increase productivity.
• Troubleshoot process issues and provide timely solutions to ensure smooth production.
• Analyze data and conduct experiments to identify process improvements and implement them.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design engineers, equipment engineers, and quality engineers, to ensure process integration and alignment with overall product goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation of process changes, experiments, and results.
• Keep up-to-date with industry advancements and trends to continuously improve processes and stay competitive in the market.
• Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians on process techniques and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in semiconductor process engineering.
• Strong knowledge of semiconductor device physics and fabrication processes.
• Proficient in data analysis and statistical tools.
• Experience with CAD and simulation software is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
