Position Title: Cybersecurity Education Program Manager

Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cybersecurity Education Program Manager to join our team. As the Cybersecurity Education Program Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our cybersecurity education program. You will work closely with our team of experts to create and deliver engaging and comprehensive cybersecurity training courses to students and professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee the cybersecurity education program, including curriculum design, course content, and delivery methods.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure that course material is accurate, relevant, and up-to-date.
• Identify and assess training needs for students and professionals in various industries and develop customized training programs accordingly.
• Implement instructional design principles to create engaging and interactive courses that promote knowledge retention.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the cybersecurity education program, making necessary updates and improvements as needed.
• Manage a team of instructors and trainers, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality course delivery.
• Develop and maintain relationships with educational institutions, industry professionals, and other relevant organizations to promote and enhance the cybersecurity education program.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in cybersecurity to continuously improve and evolve the education program.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the cybersecurity education program and attract new students and organizations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on education and training.
• Proven experience in curriculum development, instructional design, and training delivery.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles, tools, and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Proven experience in project management, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Passion for teaching and a strong desire to educate others about cybersecurity.
• Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or Security+ are preferred.
