Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement work schedules to ensure timely completion of ore processing tasks.
Monitor and manage the performance of the ore processing team, providing guidance and coaching as needed.
Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to maintain a safe working environment.
Oversee the maintenance and repair of equipment, ensuring that all machinery is functioning properly.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure a smooth flow of materials and efficient production.
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures to ensure consistent and high-quality processing of ore materials.
Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and productivity.
Train new employees on ore processing procedures and safety protocols.
Ensure compliance with all environmental, health, and safety regulations.
Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies to optimize production and reduce costs.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Metallurgy, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in ore processing, preferably in a supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of ore processing techniques, equipment, and safety protocols.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Proven track record of improving production efficiency and reducing costs.
Knowledge of environmental, health, and safety regulations.
Ability to analyze production data and implement solutions for process improvement.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as needed.
