Overview: We are seeking an experienced and driven Investment Banking Managing Director to join our team. As a Managing Director, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing our investment banking division while also providing strategic guidance to our clients. This is a high-level position that requires exceptional leadership skills, extensive knowledge of the financial industry, and a strong track record of success in investment banking.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of the investment banking division, including deal sourcing, execution, and client relationships.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and increase revenue.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to a team of investment bankers, analysts, and associates.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients and industry contacts to generate new business opportunities.
• Lead and manage the execution of complex financial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, IPOs, and debt and equity offerings.
• Conduct due diligence, financial analysis, and valuation of potential deals.
• Prepare and present pitch books, investment memos, and other presentation materials for client meetings.
• Collaborate with other departments and teams within the organization to ensure seamless execution of client transactions.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes to provide strategic advice to clients.
• Represent the company at industry conferences, events, and other networking opportunities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, regulators, and other financial institutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• At least 10 years of experience in investment banking, with a focus on M&A, IPOs, and capital raising.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and executing complex financial transactions.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor team members.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and industry contacts.
• In-depth knowledge of financial markets, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
• Excellent presentation skills with the ability to prepare and deliver compelling presentations.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
