Key Responsibilities:

Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
Understand customer needs and recommend products or services that meet their requirements
Assist customers with product selection, answer any questions, and provide product information
Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point of sale system
Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging displays
Meet and exceed sales targets by actively promoting products and services to customers
Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty
Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, pricing, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers
Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and productive work environment
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
Participate in training and development programs to improve sales skills and product knowledge

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous retail or sales experience preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Willingness to learn and adapt to new products and procedures
Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Basic math skills and proficiency with technology and POS systems
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
