Position: Maintenance Technician

Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of all equipment and facilities within our organization. Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance on all machinery and equipment, including troubleshooting and repairs
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify any potential issues
• Respond to maintenance requests from various departments in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including repairs and replacements
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for any major repairs or installations
• Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations
• Monitor inventory levels and order necessary parts and supplies
• Train and mentor junior maintenance staff as needed
• Continuously look for ways to improve and streamline maintenance processes and procedures

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred
• Proven experience in a maintenance role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
• Proficient in using various hand and power tools
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Willingness to work flexible hours and respond to emergency maintenance requests when needed
• Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and stand for extended periods of time
