Role Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Education Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of educational programs, including curriculum development, teacher training, and student support. You will work closely with our academic staff, teachers, and students to ensure the smooth implementation of all educational activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain educational programs, curriculum, and teaching materials that align with the institution's mission and goals.
• Coordinate with academic staff to ensure the integration of the educational programs with the overall academic curriculum.
• Organize and facilitate teacher training sessions to improve teaching and learning techniques.
• Evaluate and monitor the effectiveness of educational programs and make necessary adjustments for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with teachers to provide guidance and support in implementing the curriculum and addressing any student issues.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external organizations and educational partners to enhance the institution's educational programs.
• Oversee the recruitment and selection process for teachers and ensure they meet the institution's standards.
• Stay updated with the latest educational trends and research to inform and improve the institution's programs.
• Assist in the development and implementation of student support services to ensure their academic success and well-being.
• Prepare and maintain reports on the progress and effectiveness of educational programs.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote and market the institution's educational programs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an educational institution.
• Strong understanding of educational principles, curriculum development, and teacher training techniques.
• Proven experience in managing and coordinating multiple educational programs simultaneously.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with a diverse group of stakeholders.
• Proficient in using educational technology and tools.
• Passion for education and commitment to providing quality education to students.
• Proactive and innovative mindset with the ability to think critically and problem-solve.
