Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Curriculum Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing curriculum for our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education, curriculum design, and instructional strategies. The Curriculum Specialist will work closely with our team to ensure that our curriculum is up-to-date, effective, and aligned with our organization's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement curriculum for a variety of educational programs offered by our organization.
• Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify the most effective instructional strategies and materials to be used in curriculum development.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and other team members to ensure that curriculum is accurate, engaging, and relevant.
• Continuously evaluate and update curriculum to ensure that it meets the changing needs of our organization and our learners.
• Train and support instructors on how to effectively implement the curriculum in their teaching.
• Create and maintain documentation for all curriculum materials, including lesson plans, assessments, and teaching aids.
• Monitor and evaluate curriculum effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to improve learning outcomes.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in curriculum development and education.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Curriculum Development, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in curriculum development, preferably in an educational setting.
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles and best practices.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing effective curriculum.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
