Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets and increase revenue from trade customers.

• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential buyers.
• Negotiate and close deals with customers to maximize sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential trade customers.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to develop new strategies to attract and retain trade customers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the trade market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office.
• Willingness to travel and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
