Position: Curriculum Development Specialist

Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Curriculum Development Specialist to join our team. As a Curriculum Development Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing curriculum materials for our organization. You will work closely with our instructional designers, subject matter experts, and other team members to create engaging and effective learning experiences for our students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop curriculum materials such as lesson plans, learning objectives, assessments, and other instructional materials.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy and relevance of content.
• Conduct needs assessments and gap analyses to identify areas for curriculum improvement.
• Utilize instructional design principles and best practices to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
• Develop and maintain a project plan for each curriculum development project, ensuring that deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality.
• Conduct train-the-trainer sessions to ensure that instructors are fully equipped to deliver the curriculum.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of curriculum materials, making revisions and updates as needed.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in curriculum development and instructional design.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
• Experience with instructional design software and eLearning development tools.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
