About the Role: As an Express Delivery Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of packages to our customers. You will play a vital role in our company's success by providing exceptional delivery services and ensuring our customers receive their packages on time. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver packages to customers in a timely and efficient manner
• Plan routes and schedules to optimize delivery times
• Load and unload packages onto delivery vehicles
• Ensure packages are handled with care to prevent damage
• Use GPS navigation systems to find the most efficient routes
• Communicate with customers to confirm delivery times and addresses
• Collect signatures and payments from customers upon delivery
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including mileage and fuel consumption
• Report any delivery issues or delays to the appropriate team members
• Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving
• Perform routine maintenance checks on delivery vehicles
• Collaborate with other team members to improve delivery processes and customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Prior experience in a delivery or logistics role preferred
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Basic knowledge of GPS navigation systems and traffic laws
• Physical ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 pounds
• Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays if required
