Job Title: Semiconductor Test Engineer

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Semiconductor Test Engineer to join our dynamic and innovative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in semiconductor testing and be able to design, develop, and execute test plans for our cutting-edge semiconductor products. The Semiconductor Test Engineer will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products, and will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute test plans for semiconductor products, including defining test requirements, developing test algorithms, and creating test fixtures
• Analyze and interpret test data to identify potential issues and provide recommendations for product improvements
• Collaborate with design engineers to understand product specifications and develop appropriate test strategies
• Troubleshoot and diagnose complex test issues, and provide timely and effective solutions
• Develop and maintain test automation scripts and tools to streamline testing processes
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, and participate in product certification processes
• Continuously monitor and improve test procedures and processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness
• Contribute to the development of new testing methodologies and technologies to support future product development
• Provide technical support to other teams, including production, design, and quality assurance, to facilitate product development and improvement
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in semiconductor testing, and apply this knowledge to enhance our testing capabilities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in semiconductor testing, with a strong understanding of test methodologies and equipment
• Experience in developing and executing test plans, and analyzing and interpreting test data
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, Python, or LabVIEW
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations for semiconductor testing
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines
• Knowledge of statistical analysis and data interpretation techniques
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality products
• Experience with automated testing tools and methodologies is a plus
• Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and processes in the semiconductor industry.
