Key Responsibilities:

Develop and oversee the implementation of educational programs for our organization
Collaborate with program leaders and teachers to ensure program objectives are met
Assist with the recruitment, training, and supervision of program staff and volunteers
Develop and maintain relationships with schools, community organizations, and other partners to promote our educational programs
Evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement
Create and maintain program budgets and track expenses
Develop and distribute program materials, including lesson plans, handouts, and other resources
Coordinate logistics for program events, such as field trips, guest speakers, and workshops
Communicate regularly with program stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in education to inform program development and improvement

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in education, nonprofit management, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years experience in program coordination, preferably in an educational setting
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
Knowledge of budgeting and program evaluation
Passion for education and making a positive impact in the community
