Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement farm policies and procedures to ensure efficient and safe operation of the farm.
• Plan and supervise the planting, growing, and harvesting of crops.
• Monitor crop yields, soil quality, and weather conditions to determine the best farming practices.
• Manage the health and well-being of all livestock on the farm, including feeding, vaccinations, and breeding.
• Oversee the maintenance and repair of farm equipment, buildings, and infrastructure.
