Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Diplomatic Relations Manager to join our team. As a Diplomatic Relations Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and strengthening our organization's relationships with foreign governments, international organizations, and diplomatic missions. You will play a crucial role in promoting our organization's interests and values on a global scale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive diplomatic relations strategy that aligns with our organization's goals and objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with foreign governments, international organizations, and diplomatic missions.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all diplomatic matters, including requests for information, meetings, and events.
• Represent our organization at diplomatic functions, conferences, and other events.
• Monitor and analyze global political and economic trends that may impact our organization's operations and provide recommendations to senior management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our organization's policies and actions are aligned with international laws and regulations.
• Facilitate diplomatic visits and exchanges between our organization and foreign entities.
• Prepare and deliver diplomatic briefings and presentations to senior management and key stakeholders.
• Manage and maintain a database of diplomatic contacts and track all interactions with foreign entities.
• Stay updated on current events and developments in international relations to inform our organization's decision-making processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in International Relations, Political Science, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in diplomatic relations, international affairs, or a related field.
• Extensive knowledge of global political systems, international organizations, and diplomatic protocols.
• Proven experience in building and maintaining relationships with foreign governments and diplomatic missions.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
