Overview: The Curriculum Development Specialist will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing curriculum materials for various educational programs offered by Radiant Science Institute. This individual will work closely with a team of subject matter experts, educators, and instructional designers to create engaging and effective learning experiences for our students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with subject matter experts and educators to identify learning objectives and create course outlines for various educational programs.
• Research and analyze best practices in curriculum development and implement them in the design of learning materials.
• Develop instructional strategies, activities, and assessments that align with learning objectives and engage learners.
• Create written content, including course descriptions, learning objectives, assessments, and instructional materials.
• Use multimedia tools to enhance the learning experience, such as videos, interactive activities, and graphics.
• Conduct reviews and revisions of existing curriculum materials to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with learning objectives.
• Ensure all curriculum materials are in compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials for educational programs.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in education and incorporate them into curriculum design.
• Provide support and guidance to educators and trainers on the effective use of curriculum materials.
• Continuously evaluate and improve the effectiveness of curriculum materials through assessment data and feedback.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Curriculum Development, Instructional Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in curriculum development or instructional design.
• Strong knowledge of educational theories, principles, and best practices.
• Proficient in using instructional design software and multimedia tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Experience in developing curriculum for online and blended learning environments is a plus.
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations in education is preferred.
