Position: Learning Specialist

Job Overview: As a Learning Specialist, you will be responsible for creating, implementing, and evaluating training programs for employees within our organization. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles and contribute to the success of our company. You will collaborate with various departments to identify training needs, develop learning materials, and deliver engaging and effective training sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct a thorough analysis of the training needs of our employees and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop comprehensive training programs that align with the company's goals, values, and culture.
• Design and create training materials, including presentations, manuals, online courses, and job aids.
• Deliver training sessions using a variety of methods, such as classroom instruction, online learning, and hands-on activities.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to ensure continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and department leaders to ensure the accuracy and relevance of training materials.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest training techniques and technologies and incorporate them into our programs.
• Provide guidance and support to employees who need additional assistance with learning new skills.
• Maintain accurate records of employee training and progress.
• Communicate with employees and managers to gather feedback and make necessary changes to training programs.
• Assist with the onboarding process for new employees by providing training on company policies, procedures, and systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in developing and delivering training programs.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theory.
• Proficiency in using learning management systems and other training software.
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
• Ability to adapt to different learning styles and adjust training methods accordingly.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for learning and helping others develop their skills.
