Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and organized Food Production Supervisor to join our dynamic team. As a Food Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process and ensuring that high-quality food products are delivered to our customers in a timely manner. You will also be responsible for managing a team of production workers and ensuring that all safety and sanitation standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate production schedules to meet customer demands and deadlines.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels of raw materials and finished products.
• Supervise a team of production workers, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure that all production processes are in compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and machinery to identify any maintenance or repair needs.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as quality control and logistics, to ensure smooth and efficient production processes.
• Implement and maintain food safety and sanitation procedures to ensure a safe and clean work environment.
• Continuously look for ways to improve production processes and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate production records and reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a food production or manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and production management software.
