Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced High School Instructor to join our team. As a High School Instructor, you will be responsible for creating and delivering engaging and interactive lessons to students in grades 9-1You will play a vital role in shaping the minds of our future generation and instilling in them a love for learning. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum and educational standards set by the school
• Utilize a variety of teaching methods and resources to cater to the diverse learning styles of students
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and encourages student participation
• Assess student progress and provide timely and constructive feedback to students and parents
• Monitor and track attendance, grades, and behavior of students
• Collaborate with other teachers and school staff to ensure a cohesive educational experience for students
• Stay up-to-date with new teaching methods, technologies, and educational trends to continuously improve teaching practices
• Participate in parent-teacher conferences and school events as required
• Adhere to school policies and procedures and maintain a safe and orderly classroom environment

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
• Valid teaching certification in the state
• Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching at the high school level
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong classroom management skills
• Passion for teaching and ability to inspire students
• Familiarity with a variety of instructional strategies and techniques
• Proficient in using technology in the classroom
• Ability to work collaboratively with other teachers and school staff
