Position Overview: We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing mechanical systems, components, and products. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop mechanical systems and components for new products or product improvements, ensuring they meet customer requirements and industry standards
• Conduct research to identify new materials, technologies, and processes that can improve product performance and reduce costs
• Create detailed drawings, models, and simulations using CAD software
• Perform calculations and analysis to determine the strength, durability, and reliability of mechanical systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers, industrial designers, and manufacturing engineers, to ensure the successful integration of mechanical components into the overall product design
• Plan and oversee the testing and validation of mechanical systems and components, including coordinating with external testing facilities when necessary
• Identify and troubleshoot technical issues that arise during the design, development, and testing processes
• Develop and maintain documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and reports
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, advancements, and best practices in mechanical engineering and incorporate them into the design process

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in a product development environment
• Proficient in CAD software, such as SolidWorks or AutoCAD
• Strong understanding of engineering principles, materials, and manufacturing processes
• Experience with product testing and validation
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

Preferred Skills:

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Experience with 3D printing and rapid prototyping
• Knowledge of Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD)
• Familiarity with project management software, such as Asana or Trello
