Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct research and analysis on market trends, economic data, and investment opportunities to support our investment strategy
• Utilize various research methods, such as financial modeling and data analysis, to provide accurate and insightful recommendations
• Stay up-to-date on industry developments and market trends to inform investment decisions
• Collaborate with the investment team to develop and implement new investment strategies
• Prepare and present reports and presentations to senior management and clients regarding investment strategies and recommendations
• Build and maintain relationships with key industry experts and partners to gather valuable insights and information
• Monitor and track investment performance and make adjustments to strategies as needed
• Mentor and guide junior research associates to support their professional development and contribute to team success

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in investment research and analysis, preferably in a financial services firm
• Strong understanding of financial markets, economics, and investment principles
• Proven experience in conducting financial analysis and utilizing financial modeling techniques
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex concepts to a diverse audience
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
