About the Role: As a Negotiation Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to clients in various negotiation processes. You will utilize your strong communication and analytical skills to help clients achieve their desired outcomes through effective negotiation techniques. This role requires a deep understanding of negotiation principles and the ability to adapt to different industries and scenarios.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive analysis of client's needs and objectives to develop effective negotiation strategies
• Act as a liaison between clients and the other party in negotiation processes
• Advise clients on best practices, tactics, and potential risks involved in negotiations
• Provide support in developing and reviewing proposals, contracts, and other negotiation documents
• Utilize various negotiation techniques such as collaborative, competitive, and integrative to achieve the best outcomes for clients
• Conduct research on market trends and industry standards to inform negotiation strategies
• Facilitate negotiation meetings and communicate effectively with all parties involved
• Prepare post-negotiation reports and provide recommendations for future negotiations
• Continuously monitor and evaluate the success of negotiation strategies and make necessary adjustments
• Stay updated on advancements and changes in negotiation techniques and share knowledge with clients and team members

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in negotiation or a similar role
• Strong understanding of negotiation principles and techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of successfully negotiating complex deals
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other negotiation software
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and negotiations

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Experience in a consulting firm or advisory role
• Certification in Negotiation or related fields
• Multilingual proficiency
• Knowledge of different industries and their negotiation processes
