Position Overview: We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Distribution Center Manager to oversee all operations within our company's distribution center. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the distribution center, including receiving, inventory, order fulfillment, and shipping.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality within the distribution center.
• Lead, train, and develop a team of employees, providing guidance and support to ensure a high-performing and cohesive team.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless flow of products through the distribution center.
• Oversee maintenance and safety protocols to ensure a safe and compliant work environment.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and carriers to negotiate competitive pricing and ensure timely delivery of products.
• Develop and manage the distribution center budget, including forecasting and cost control measures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in distribution center management.
• Proven track record of successfully managing a team and driving results.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and warehouse management software.
• Knowledge of OSHA and safety regulations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
