Position: Education Coordinator

About the Role: As an Education Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the development and execution of educational programs within our organization. You will work closely with curriculum developers, educators, and other stakeholders to ensure that our educational programs are aligned with our organization's goals and objectives. This role requires a strong understanding of educational principles, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with curriculum developers to design and develop educational programs that align with our organization's goals and objectives.
• Partner with educators to ensure that educational programs are relevant, engaging, and effective in meeting learning objectives.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external educational partners to expand our organization's reach and impact.
• Oversee the implementation of educational programs, ensuring that they are delivered on time and within budget.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs, making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
• Develop and maintain educational resources, such as handbooks, manuals, and instructional materials.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the education field and incorporate them into our programs.
• Coordinate logistics for educational events, such as workshops, seminars, and conferences.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote educational programs and increase enrollment.
• Manage the budget for educational programs, ensuring that resources are utilized efficiently.
• Provide guidance and support to educators and staff members involved in educational programs.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of educational programs, including participant data and evaluation results.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in designing and implementing educational programs.
• Strong understanding of educational principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and educational software.
• Passion for education and commitment to improving learning outcomes.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
