Key Responsibilities:

• Perform tasks on the assembly line, including but not limited to, assembling, labeling, and packaging products
• Operate and maintain machinery and equipment used in the production process
• Inspect finished products for quality and defects
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and efficient working environment
• Follow all safety procedures and protocols to prevent accidents and injuries
• Adhere to production schedules and meet daily production targets
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient production process
• Identify and report any issues or concerns related to the assembly line or production process to the supervisor
• Participate in training programs to stay updated on new assembly techniques and procedures

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience working on an assembly line preferred
• Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions and diagrams
• Excellent attention to detail and quality control skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets
• Basic math skills and ability to use measuring tools
• Basic understanding of machinery and equipment used in the production process
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to work in different shifts and overtime as needed

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
• Ability to work in a noisy and fast-paced environment
• Good vision and hand-eye coordination
