Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement production plans and schedules to meet production targets and deadlines.
Monitor and analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
Manage and train production staff, including hiring, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
Ensure that all production equipment is properly maintained and functioning at optimal levels.
Collaborate with other departments, such as design and sales, to ensure that production meets customer demands and specifications.
Oversee inventory management and ordering of raw materials to ensure an uninterrupted production process.
Ensure that all safety and quality standards are met and maintained.
Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to source high-quality materials at competitive prices.
Prepare and present production reports and analysis to senior management.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production management role, preferably in the ceramics industry.
Strong knowledge of production processes, equipment, and materials used in ceramics manufacturing.
Proven experience in managing and developing a production team.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and production management software.
Knowledge of safety and quality standards and regulations.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
